Month 1
Assessment and Protocol over eight 30 minute appointments plus text support.
Over the course of the first month we will evaluate the functioning of the neurotransmitters which control mood and prioritize trialing amino acids to address the most severe symptoms, creating a very specific daily protocol.
In most cases relief is found very quickly. I am available via text between the scheduled sessions which can be critical to quickly adjust doses and frequency of amino acids to level up and level out mood.
Month 2
Stabilize and Refine over five 30 minute appointments plus text support.
This second month usually entails tweaking the protocol and troubleshooting any contributing causes to mood, sometimes adding in cofactors to support the aminos.
Once people are up and running after the first month I look for anything that contribute to further healing from trauma to low self esteem.
